You read that right: we’re looking for someone who is aligned with our mission to make padel big in our tiny country. Someone who knows how to play and teach the sport.
Your excitement for padel should be contagious. You’ll get new players hooked to the game, and make more experienced players better with each game they play.
XNRGY is all about padel and people, so naturally, our in-house padel coaches work great with both those things. You’ll be the ambassador of our core values. The go-to person for anyone looking to up their game, no matter what level they’re on.
What you’ll be doing
We want you to become an integrated part of our team, so we all work on things together, even the training sessions. We’ve prepared all classes for you and will take you through the programs, so you can add your own personality to them. Here’s what we’ll expect from you:
- Give lessons, both one-on-one and to groups
- Host tryout lessons for soon-to-be-members
- Keep track of progress in online programs
- Show your skills at events and get people excited for padel
- Support colleagues with your knowledge about padel, so they can be of better service to members
- Advise players about what gear to use, from shoes to rackets

Sounds too good to be true? We’re dead serious. If you’re eager to learn and to teach, and have great communication skills in both English and Dutch, we’d love to make you part of your team. We will coach our coaches intensively to provide them with years of national and international coaching experience, for them to make their own.
If you haven’t coached professionally before, we’re here to show you the ropes - or rackets, for that matter. All we need is passion and a smile, and we’ll get going together.
